We’re looking for an L&D Intern to support our training function through administration, coordination, and quality control, while learning hands-on in a collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support and manage data for all training activities.
- Schedule training sessions, track attendance, and maintain records.
- Prepare and organize training materials and resources.
- Coordinate with internal departments and assist with surveys and reporting.
What You Need
- A National Diploma, Degree or Honours in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or related field from a public institution
- MS Office proficiency, especially Excel.
- SA Citizen, aged 18–35, residing in KZN.
- Not currently employed, in an internship or learnership, and have not completed a previous SETA or Government internship

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
